out what entrepreneurs think about us.

Q. How much help
and what kind can I expect?
A-> Our services and resources are described under the section “What
We Offer”.
Top
Q. What are the
lease rates and terms?
A-> Lease rates vary depending on the type and size of space
your company uses in the Innovation Park. We are typically at or below
market rates for comparable space, considering the significant
amount of shared conference rooms, break room etc. and services
that companies have access to in addition to their leased space.
Our lease terms are from 6 months to three years, depending upon
the client requirements.

Q. Can I hire the
ISC executives as consultants if I don’t participate
in the Gwinnett Innovation Park?
A-> No, we do not provide consulting services for fees. We
work with client companies that reside in the Gwinnett Innovation
Park - and do not charge separately for these services.
Top
Q. How long do
companies stay in the facility?
A-> Usually between two and three years. We don’t have
rigid graduation requirements but work with each company on a
schedule that makes sense for them. Typically, companies leave
when they have achieved financial stability, are able to make
long-term lease commitments at market rates, have outgrown the
available space in the Park,
or are acquired.
